At the heart of Beaty Centre is a spectacular 18-metre blue whale skeleton, paired with augmented reality experiences that let you witness the scale and beauty of these ocean giants like never before. Rooted in Mi’kmaw knowledge, the experience emphasizes our shared responsibility to protect the ocean. Perfect for families, curious explorers, and ocean lovers of all ages, this inspiring experience invites you to connect with the ocean and leave with a deeper understanding of the life beneath the waves. All exhibits are available in Mi’kmaq, English, and French.
